Owl on a Halloween Branch With Bats and a Full Moon

A big-eyed owl perches on a bare, twisty branch, gripping it with little toes while a large round moon glows behind its head. Three bats flutter around, one in the top left corner and two on the right side. The owl has tufted ear feathers, a small pointed beak and a round tummy covered in scalloped feather marks. Its folded wing is made of layered feathers, and the tail feathers hang below the branch. The thin branches around it are good practice for careful lines, and the large shapes keep the page easy to color. Soft browns and tans suit the owl, with bright yellow for the moon so it stands out. Print it free for a spooky-season afternoon at home or in the classroom. Love this Halloween coloring page? You might also enjoy our Gingerbread House and Martin Luther King Jr. Day coloring pages.
