Chubby Baby Panda Munching Bamboo, Cute Animals Page
Coloring guide
Round and chubby, this baby panda sits on the ground and munches on a bamboo stalk, holding it up to a smiling mouth with both paws. A few bamboo leaves sprout beside its face. The panda has big sparkly eyes, large oval eye patches, two round ears, a little nose, and a small tuft of hair on top. Its big feet face forward, each with a large pad and small toe beans. Tall leaves and a few blades of grass curve up on both sides. Thick, clean outlines and roomy shapes keep this free printable easy for young kids. Soft black looks good on the ears, arms, legs, and eye patches, while a fresh spring green on the bamboo and leaves gives nice contrast. It sits comfortably among our Animals coloring pages, and you can also try Puppies and Cats.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the bamboo stalks and the leaves: color the bamboo in leaf green and the highlighted top part in lime green, leaving the thin ring lines unfilled.
- 2Fill the large body parts, including both arms, the belly sides and the lower legs, in charcoal gray, leaving the lower belly and the open chest area white.
- 3Color the light gray patch on the belly side for a soft shadow, then add the grass leaves on both sides in leaf green.
- 4Fill the eye patches, ears and feet soles in charcoal gray, keeping the eye shine spots and the front of the head white.
- 5Add the soft pink inner ears, big foot pads and small toe pads, then finish with the nose in charcoal gray.
- 6Optional: add a few darker strokes to the body and bamboo for a soft shaded look.
